What we collect
When you set a price alert, we store your email address, the product you track and your preferences (target price, delivery time). Clicks on store links are recorded without IP address: only which product, which route and when.
The browser extension
On product pages the extension sends the address, title and price of the product to PriceDrop, to show what we know and whether it is cheaper elsewhere. We only store this if we already know the product and Help keep prices up to date is on, or if you click Track yourself. The extension uses a random installation code to limit abuse. No browsing history is stored.
Why
Only to email you when a price drops and to show prices. We do not sell data and send no other marketing.
Retention and deletion
Your alert stays active until you unsubscribe via the link in every email. To have all your data deleted, email us.
Services we use
Supabase (database, EU), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email, EU). Product links go through affiliate networks; the store may set its own cookies.
